周家三代人都是靠做豆皮营生,算上周老板本身开店那30多年,周记豆皮已经开了100年。连摊豆皮的工具都是蚌壳,这是最传统的摊豆皮工具。

汉阳桥机路上有家秘制卤牛蛙的小推车,许多人就冲着她家的牛蛙专程开车来一趟,但她依然保持每天80只的限量供应,卖完就没了。

黄氏面窝开了20多年的小推车摊子,炸出来的面窝不是为了供应过早,而是专门下酒的。到了傍晚,老板才会慢悠悠地推着小车出现。每天一桶面,炸完就走人,下雨天不出摊,看来在武汉吃个面窝也是要讲缘分的。
主卖3种面窝,传统面窝、萝卜丝饺子和飞碟面窝。其中,飞碟面窝就是下酒的佳肴。炸得酥脆形似飞碟,武汉话通俗说就是面窝片片。在高温中完全被唤醒的葱姜芝麻,拿着下酒真的是再好不过了。

学生期间最爱的武胜路铁板烧
武胜路铁板烧本就没名字,只是一个学生伢口口相传的好吃小摊,为了传颂方便,大家便才以地理位置给它冠了姓名。
从1998年到现在,武胜路铁板烧已经是第20个年头了。当年,婆婆找人做了一个小推车,几个桌椅板凳,就这样,铁板烧就做了起来。年近60的婆婆,手艺依旧娴熟。两把小铲子,无论荤、素、粉、面,撒上各种调料,滋啦滋啦一会的功夫,一份诱人的铁板烧就烧好了。

每天用微信关照业务的香辣牛杂
这家牛杂的老板很个性,会在微信上关照今天是否业务。虽然店名叫“香辣牛杂”,其实是卖粉面的,小店摆设非常“简约”,只在晚上业务,只有附近的人才知道这家鲜味。
牛杂粉14元一碗,一上来就能看到,汤头清亮,入口果然不油腻,不会有厚重感,辣而不呛,属于鲜辣口感,牛肉牛肚特别软烂,萝卜都快入口即化。这个味道很像记忆中小时候吃到的牛肉粉,那时还没有受到四川、湖南粉面的影响,汤头不重口,更注意原汁原味。

以是中午业务的祥彪烧烤
中午才业务的祥彪烧烤,改变了一批武汉伢吃烧烤的生物钟。(听说是因为老板晚上要打麻将)与众不同的是,别家的电烤炉一般都是发热管,祥彪家的炉子是红外线的电热板,烤出来的肉串受热均匀,能让调料更入味。
1988年祥彪北上京城,于东来顺学习烧烤后回汉重新调整口味,苍蝇小店,对食物的态度却很讲究。菜品只9种,每一样都很好吃,没有雷区,有一种和全武汉任何烧烤都不一样的味道,可以放心的恣意享用。(中午没时间来吃的,可以晚上去苗栗路吃小胡子烧烤,这家亲戚开的,师出同门,味道相差无二)

煤火大灶,庞然巨锅,阿斌不声不响地制造豆皮。不得不承认,阿斌做豆皮的时候,很有魅力。数斤重的铁锅在阿斌手里灵活的翻动着,红色的火舌偶尔从大铁炉子里高高窜出,直卷到招牌上,日积月累,那一层烟灰就是阿斌的“勋章”。
街坊提示我们看阿斌家的“舞步”,凡是看到这个画面的人都会由衷赞叹。全部的顾客都被阿斌的表演吸引住了,排着长队也不急不躁,甚至味道都不再那么重要。焦黄酥脆的蛋皮包裹着油润饱满的糯米,出锅的一瞬间,排在队伍前面的人忍不住吞了口口水。

变成了我家营养美食
这家就是曾经在长江委酒宝荡小区门口中午摆摊的无名烧烤,现在搬到了九万方那边去了,叫我家营养美食,还是只有中午业务。
吃货们也都跟着过来了,每天中午就排队满了人,下午1点左右婆婆推车过来,从1号桌开始烤。备好的食材不多,全部的5种烤串:腰子、脆骨、筋子、肉、火腿肠。
没有菜单、没有空调、没有Wifi。拿到肉串的都如饥似渴得在太阳下就开吃了,边吃边等着看能不能再来几串。全部的种类都是2元一串,老板也不去记谁拿了多少串,最后看签字对总账,总不会有什么差错。

用行军锅卤制的龙班长蹄髈大王
名声远播的龙班长蹄髈大王,每天店内大概能卖出100个蹄髈,下午5点多钟就卖完了。
肉质酱香,烂而脱骨,十分入味。听说店里蹄髈好吃的辛密在于那口祖传的铁锅,是老板家里祖辈,在战争年代的队伍里当炊事兵用的,也正是那位龙班长将这门手艺和铁锅传给后人,飘香至今。

鼎鼎有名的苗栗路大腰子,就是这家了,人气很旺,排队是必须的。
腰子一块非常大,却嫩得出奇,炙烤得十分均匀,每一口的口感都好。店里还有肉筋,每天限量,还有脆骨、鸡爪等。吃货们都反映老板比较拽,不过为了这口大家还是忍不住去。
